Verse 104Visualization
I Am This Bodyless Identity
Bhairava
Here you practice seeing yourself as more than the physical body. You quietly repeat and feel, “I am accomplished,” while keeping your attention steady. This can create a deep sense of confidence and ease.
विहाय वनजदेहस्थं सिधिास्मीवत भावयन् । दृढेन मनसा दृष्ट्या नान्येवक्षण्या सुखी भवेत् ॥ १०४ ॥
vihāya nija-deha-sthaṃ siddho 'smi iti bhāvayan | dṛḍhena manasā dṛṣṭyā nānyekṣaṇyā sukhī bhavet || 104 ||
Translation
Abandoning the idea of being confined to one's own body, one should contemplate, 'I am perfected.' With a firm mind and gaze, looking at nothing else, one becomes happy.
Replace bodily self-limitation with the sense of already being complete, and hold that conviction steadily.
