Recognizing Consciousness Everywhere
Bhairava
This verse says that awareness is not something that suddenly appears or gets created. Whether you notice it in a jar, a thought, or inside yourself, it is always already there. If you reflect on that, you can feel grounded in something permanent.
घटादौ यच्च विज्ञानवमच्छाद्यं वा ममान्तरे । नैि सिधगतं जातं भाियवन्नवत सिधग् ॥ १०५ ॥
ghaṭādau yac ca vijñānam icchādyaṃ vā mamāntare | neva siddhaṃ na jātaṃ bhāvayan nitya-siddhagaḥ || 105 ||
Translation
Whatever consciousness is in a pot and so on, or within me through desire and the like, by contemplating that it is neither accomplished nor newly arisen, one abides in eternal accomplishment.
See consciousness as present in all things and contemplate it as neither produced nor gained, but eternally already here.
