Twelvefold Cycle into Freedom
Bhairava
This verse describes a structured practice with twelve stages or a twelve-part rhythm. You move beyond ordinary experience, then beyond subtle experience, and finally beyond even spiritual concepts. The key is letting go again and again until only the deepest reality remains.
क्रमद्वादशकं सम्यग् द्वादशाक्षरभेवदतम् । स्थूलसूक्ष्मपरवस्थत्या मुक्त्वा मुक्त्वान्तत् वशि् ॥ ३० ॥
krama-dvādaśakaṃ samyag dvādaśākṣara-bhāvitam | sthūla-sūkṣma-para-avasthātyā muktvā muktvāntat śivaḥ || 30 ||
Translation
The twelvefold sequence, correctly contemplated as the twelve-syllabled one, having transcended the gross, subtle, and supreme states, by releasing and releasing, ends in Śiva.
Move through the twelvefold rhythm of practice until all levels of experience are let go into Śiva.
