Continuous Inner Sound Meditation
Bhairava
Listen carefully to a long, continuous sound, like the hum of an instrument or a sustained tone. As the sound keeps going, place your attention on the quiet awareness that notices it, especially at the point where the sound fades. This turns listening into a way of becoming calm and spacious inside.

Translation
In the long, continuous sounds beginning with the stringed instrument’s tone and other sounds, with one-pointed mind, one should attend to the supreme ether at the end.
Use sustained listening to outer or inner sound as a doorway into the limitless awareness beyond sound.
