Verse 65Emotion
The World as One's Own Bliss
Bhairava
Try to feel the world as not separate from you, but as part of your own living body. Let the feeling be warm, alive, and blissful. When that sense deepens, ordinary pleasure can open into a much larger joy.
सिं जगत्स्वदेहं वा स्वानन्दभवरतं स्मरेत् । युगपत्स्वामृतेनैि परानन्दमयो भवेत् ॥ ६५ ॥
sīṃ jagatsvadehaṃ vā svānandabhavaratṃ স্মaret | yugapatsvāmṛtenaiva parānandamayo bhavet || 65 ||
Translation
One should remember the world as one's own body, or as abiding in one's own bliss. By one's own nectar at once, one becomes filled with supreme bliss.
The verse teaches transforming perception into a felt sense of all-pervading personal bliss and unity.
