Light at the Crown
Bhairava
Bring attention to the top of the head and imagine a bright, open space there. Instead of thinking of it as just your body, feel it as living presence or light. If you stay with that feeling, the sense of self can merge into a wider, radiant awareness.
लीनं मूवनध वियत्सिधम् भैरवत्वेन भाियेत् । तत्सिधम् भैरवाकारतेजस्तत्त्वं समाविशेत् ॥ ८५ ॥
līnaṃ mūrdhni viyat-sphuṭam bhairavatvena bhāvayet | tat-sphuṭaṃ bhairavākāratējastattvaṃ samāviśet || 85 ||
Translation
One should contemplate the clearly manifest expanse, absorbed in the crown of the head, as Bhairavahood; then one enters that manifest luminous essence having the form of Bhairava.
Visualize the subtle space at the crown as Bhairava's radiant nature and merge into that light-essence.
